Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

    • Standard Shipping (typically 3-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (typically 2-3 business days)

    • Overnight Shipping (next business day delivery, depending on location)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the shipping method you select.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Shipping carriers used: USPS, UPS, FedEx — your order will be shipped via the carrier best suited to the delivery method selected.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the U.S.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If there is an issue with the address provided, or if the address is incorrect, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if your package is damaged or lost in transit.

  • If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

Modifications & Cancellations

  • We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and changes may not be possible.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as:

    • High demand during holidays or special promotions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Free Shipping Promotions

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (within the U.S.). This promotion is subject to change without notice and may exclude expedited shipping or specific product categories.
